What this website does not do
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. It loads no content from other companies: fonts and images are served from this website.
The one thing it stores in your browser
When you close the privacy notice, your browser remembers that choice so the notice does not appear again. Nothing is sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
When you contact me
Contact form: your name, email address, hotel or company and message are sent to my inbox by email. A copy is kept on the web server, outside the public website, in case an email goes missing. A short confirmation is sent to the email address you give; a one-way coded version of that address is kept for a day so it receives at most one confirmation a day. Your IP address is not stored: a one-way coded version of it is kept for up to an hour to block repeated automated messages.
Booking a call: the calendar is provided by Microsoft Bookings. Your name, email address, chosen time and any notes are processed by Microsoft on my behalf.
Email: anything you send to me directly.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and take the steps you ask for before a possible contract, and for my legitimate interest in running and securing this website. The hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs for the same reason.
How long it is kept
Copies of contact-form messages kept on the web server are deleted automatically after 90 days. Messages in my inbox are kept for as long as the enquiry or engagement needs them, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to a.sbraga@revsconsult.com.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
